Wiltondale Improvement Association dues are a modest $75 annually and are essential to help maintain our community as one of the most desirable in Baltimore County. Over the years, Wiltondale’s property values have historically weathered the storms of real estate market turbulence better than many communities because of the strong support and participation of its residents. Below is a list of just some of the things your WIA dues help support. If you have not already done so this year, please send in your annual dues to support these and other critical items in our community. If you are not sure if you have paid your dues or not this year, please ask the Treasurer by e-mailing treasurer@wiltondale.org.
